We were going in the Bible to verses:

1st Thessalonians 5:19

Ephesians 4:30

Ephesians 5:18

Galations 5:16

My notes:

Tell God you have nothing so He can fill you up with Himself. Do you ever think about grieving the Holy Spirit? What causes the Holy Spirit to be grieved?  When you won't change and let sins or grudges go. One of the greatest challenges is to change. Nobody is perfect, but you should know when you have messed up or when you're not right. Walk in the spirit and you won't carry out desires of the flesh. You know you have the power of the Holy Spirit when you overcome stuff that you never would have been able to overcome by yourself.
